The 4th Annual Walk Through the Village hosted by Retama Village Residents at Bentsen Palm was a sight to see. Droves of beautiful people wandered out to enjoy the tropical weather and joyful company Retama Village is known for. There aren’t many places in the world like Retama Village and if you ask most people why… their answers are usually a version of the same theme. Happy Neighbors. It’s that simple.

Most people wander to the Rio Grande Valley and Retama Village for the warm winter weather but they end up staying because of the warmth of the people. We have many near retirees that often say  they are excited to retire so they can finally buy a place at Retama Village and live their dream.

And dream living is what Retama Village owners are all about. Once a year, they open their gates to help other potential new residents catch the vision of what ownership in Retama Village is all about. This one afternoon of fun and open doors is enjoyed by all, especially our residents as they open their homes for a community wide open house event!
